Why us

What changes when you switch.

No surprise charges.

Haulers add fuel surcharges, environmental fees, overweight and contamination charges, and hope you don't read the bill. We name every charge on yours. If it isn't on there, you don't pay it.

One person answers.

Not a call centre. Your account manager knows your sites and your gate codes, and knows dispatch by name. When a bin gets missed you tell us once and we do the chasing.

Everything that matters, on one screen.

Every site. Every scheduled pickup and whether it happened. Every request and where it's at. The bill, before it's sent. Built for a busy person on a phone, and yours from day one.

What we do

Garbage, recycling and cardboard pickup for businesses. Then whatever else you need.

For most businesses those three are most of the bill, so that's where we start. Organics, sanitary bins, grease traps, shredding, hazardous waste and bulk bins come later if you want them, from the same person, on the same bill.

How it works

From quote to first pickup.

01Get a quote.

Send us a recent bill, or just tell us what bins you have. We'll come back with a price for the same service and tell you how it compares.

02We price it for your area.

Rates depend on how much work is already running near you. The more sites we service nearby, the better your price.

03We handle the switch.

New bins, the schedule, gate codes, the first pickup. We check the site before day one so nothing goes sideways.

04One bill, checked before it's sent.

We check the bill against what was scheduled and what we agreed before it goes out. If something's off, we sort it out first.

The software

Most of this industry runs on phone calls and PDFs. We built the part that runs on data.

The trucks are the easy part. The hard part is knowing what was supposed to happen, what did, and what it should cost, across every site, every month. That is what our software does, and it is why we can promise a bill with no surprises on it.

The bill checks itself.

Every charge from every pickup is matched by software to the pickup that was scheduled and the rate that was agreed, before you see it. Anything that doesn't match is held and sorted out. You get the bill after it has passed, not before.

Requests chase themselves.

Raise a missed bin or an extra pickup once. The system contacts dispatch, sets the follow-up, escalates if nobody answers, and shows you every step. Nobody at your end has to remember to call back.

One screen for every site.

Schedules, pickups, requests, bills and your agreement, for every location you run, on your phone. Twelve sites look the same as one.

Your account

When a bin gets missed, you tell us once.

A missed bin at 10:15 shouldn't cost you four phone calls. Raise it from your account and the system contacts dispatch, sets the follow-up, escalates if it goes quiet, and shows you every step until it's done.

  • Missed pickups, extra pickups, schedule changes and holiday closures
  • Every pickup at every site, scheduled and done
  • Your bill, checked against the schedule before it's sent

Questions

Questions.

If yours isn't here, the number in the footer goes to a person.

Why does my waste bill keep going up?

Usually it's one of three things. A yearly increase written into the contract. Surcharges added on top, like fuel and environmental fees. Or a contract that renewed itself before you noticed. Send us the bill and we'll show you where the increase came from.

Can I get out of my current contract?

Sometimes. Many hauler contracts renew on their own unless you cancel inside a short window, and the window is in the fine print. Send us the contract and we'll tell you what we see.

Do I get a dashboard?

Yes, from day one. Every site, every pickup, every request and every bill, on one screen, on your phone or your desk.

What areas do you cover?

Businesses anywhere in Canada. Our head office is in Toronto.

Start here

Send us one invoice.

Attach one recent bill and we'll price it. No bill handy? Tell us what bins you've got and we'll take it from there.

We use your bill to price your sites and for nothing else.
